To join the Employees Club you must enroll using the Benefits Toolbox (regardless of paycode). If you have not used the Benefits Toolbox before you will need to register. If you have forgotten your username or password it can be easily reset online. If you need help resetting your password please call the Toolbox Helpline on 1-888-860-5799 (Monday through Friday 7am to 7pm CDT). To register or reset your password all you need is your name, address and the last four digits of your social security number.

Contractors and Partners can join by paying the dues quarterly.  You will not be eligible for payroll deduction.  This amount will be prorated from the date you join.  You will be given a temporary membership card at the time you pay the dues.

If you retire as a member you will become a lifetime honorary member of the BAEC. No further dues are necessary.  A honorary membership entitles you to all activities the BAEC sponsors as well as the retail discounts, and member pricing in all store locations.
