Bombardier Aerospace Employees Club is operated as a non-profit business organized and owned by the employees of Bombardier Aerospace. A Board of Directors governs the club. The Board consists of seven members of the Club elected for two-year terms. In subsequent elections, four and three directors are elected alternatively. The Club maintains three stores at the Wichita site, which are operated by the manager. The manager is an employee of the Employees Club Board. It is the function of the manager to procure benefits and services for the members. Club members pay dues weekly through a payroll deduction to enjoy Club benefits. Their blue membership card, presented when making purchases and attending events, proves their entitlement to Club benefits. Some of the Club membership benefits are:
The Bombardier Aerospace Employees Club also sponsors events through the year such as the company picnic and Christmas party. Various golf tournaments, basketball, bowling, fishing groups, etc. are also able to request donations from the Club to help sponsor their events.
